Guests traveling
with their horses and mules will enjoy using our complimentary stabling
facilities when staying in one of our one or two bedroom cabins on the San
Juan River in beautiful Pagosa Springs, Colorado. We offer 16' x
16' outdoor corrals and a 40' round pen for exercising. Electricity for late
arrivals is available in the barn. We have fresh water close to the corrals
and Alfalfa and grass hay are available on site. There is easy access in and
out, with a large turn around area and trailer parking. Our facilities
are offered as a courtesy to our guests at no additional fee. Horse
owners are responsible for feeding, watering and removing manure daily.
Pitchfork, shovel and wheelbarrows are provided. No hook ups, but plenty of
room to park self contained units. (Ask about the fee for this.) We're just
minutes away from the best trail riding Colorado has to offer in the San Juan
Mountains, Weimuche Wilderness and the Continental Divide.
Local vets and farriers are nearby.
Required: Health certificate and Coggins for out of state travelers. |
