above, please let us know what your cabin preference would be. We offer 1 & 2 Bedroom Cabins, On or Off the river. Our
rates range from $105- $189 per night depending on the cabin type, On or
Off the river and the season of the reservation. Call for off season
rates; April and May.
Important Reservation Information:
After receiving your
reservation request, we will look at cabin availability and email back a
response to your request. We address rate questions, pet questions, etc.
Our response will ask that you please call us at (888) 264-9204 to make your
reservation. We do not make firm reservations via email
requests.
ADVANCE DEPOSIT
POLICY
Regular Season - No Advance Deposit Required.
Holidays & Special Events - 50% Advance Deposit required 30-days prior to
arrival.
Groups (3-or more reservations) - 50% Advance Deposit required 90-days prior to
arrival.
Credit Cards on file will be charged the
advance deposit unless you choose to send a personal check or money order prior
to the deposit deadline.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
Regular Season ~~ 48-HR Notice to
avoid penalty of 1-night stay.
Holidays & Special Events ~~ 30-Day Notice to avoid penalty of Advance Deposit
(50% of reservation) and $25 Service Fee.
Groups ~~ 90-Day Notice to avoid penalty of Advance Deposit and $25 Service
Fee.
~~ In case of a cancellation within the
'penalty period' we will gladly return your cancellation fee less any difference
in rate and $25 service charge if we are successful in re-booking your cabin.
(Please remember that once a cabin has been reserved it is removed from the
market for the reserved period and is unavailable for other bookings.) Don't
hesitate to call us if you have any question concerning Advance Deposits or our

PET POLICY
The Fireside
welcomes well mannered, non-aggressive, house broken dogs as our guests.
No puppies please, unless they are crated. Pets should be on a leash or under
voice command at all times.
We have an "always Clean-up After Your Pet" policy, and to help we provide you
with a pet bag including baggies and rags. We have a centrally located pet
station on our property.
Crated pets may be left for a short time in your cabin.
(Guests leaving unattended pets are asked to give our office a contact number
and estimated return time).
If you plan to be gone for the day please take your pet with you or make
arrangements with a local pet sitter to care for your pet while you are away.
We request that you do not use your cabin as a dog kennel.
These policies have been established with your pets' best interest in mind. Even
the most well-behaved pets sometimes get extremely anxious when they are left in
strange place for too long. Anxious and lonely pets become destructive causing
costly repairs or they bark and scratch for long periods of time disturbing
other guests.
